On September 10, 2025, the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao 'an New Venue) held the annual grand event in the global semiconductor and optoelectronics fields - the SEMI-e Shenzhen International Semiconductor Exhibition and the 2025 Integrated Circuit Industry Innovation Exhibition. As a leading enterprise in air micro-pollution control and governance technology, Shenzhen Zhongjian South Environment Co., Ltd. showcased its dedicated air purification solutions for the semiconductor industry, highlighting its AMC (Gaseous Molecular Pollutants) control technology and equipment for wafer manufacturing, advanced packaging and other links, providing innovative solutions for the semiconductor industry to break through the cleanliness bottleneck.

Technical breakthrough:

At this exhibition, Shenzhen Zhongjian South has provided solutions to address the industry pain point that particles and gaseous molecular contaminants (AMC) such as acidic gases and organic volatile substances in the semiconductor production process may cause chip defects and directly affect product yield. Shenzhen Zhongjian South has highlighted the FFU fan filter unit (including high-efficiency filters) and multi-form chemical filter collaborative solution at this exhibition. By customizing the filter material formula through scene-based dynamic adjustment technology, it provides full-process air purification support for the semiconductor industry.

The Shenzhen Zhongjian South Laboratory was established in 2017 and is equipped with 40 pieces of testing instruments/equipment. It is an air purification product testing institution in South China with strong technical strength and advanced testing equipment. The laboratory obtained the CNAS accreditation certificate through an external public review by the certification committee in December 2017 and possesses third-party testing qualifications.

During the exhibition, the Shenzhen Zhongjian South Laboratory, leveraging the layout advantages of its Shenzhen headquarters and multiple production bases, is capable of providing customers with a full-chain service from scheme design to local technical support.
